Prioritize survival, and eventually, you will take him down and can make your way to the Pelican. If he isn’t coming down, use your Grappleshot to get up to him and use the doorways and wreckage as cover. ![]() Now and then, he may jump down to the water, but he likes to stick up top. When they are gone, turn towards the wreckage that Tovarus jumped into. Take this time to take out any surrounding smaller enemies before chasing him down. Takedown his shields with a plasma gun and put some damage into him, and he will begin running across the river. Tovarus might be a bit trickier because he uses a Scrap Cannon that can tear through your shields and that Chopper, so hop off it. Don’t forget the Chopper is really good for running enemies over. Hyperius was altered by them, becoming one of the most powerful entities on Pandora. After the Vault opened, dangerous alien creatures awoke from their slumber. Background According to Shade, Hyperius was a regular Engineer who grew mad with power. ![]() He has a Ravager, so just avoid his arcing blasts to take him down. Hyperius The Invincible is a raid boss exclusive to Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty. Not too sure how exactly, but shooting him enough or using grenades may do the trick. For the novas, you can also make him flinch. Hyperius is rather dependent on his minions - injure those enough and hyperius will lose his shield, at least for a little while. Then use the Chopper to kill him and any surrounding enemies before moving forward and running into Tovarus. As for other classes, a commandos turret with shields can be handy to avoid his novas. The best way to take care of him quickly is to use your Grappleshot on the Chopper and hijack it away from him. Upon taking down the third, you will run into both Hyperius and Tovarus on your way back to the Pelican.īefore you run too far forward, you should run into Hyperius on a Banished Chopper. In Pelican Down, you will have the main objective to take down three anti-aircraft cannons. In the mission Pelican Down, you will have a chance to avenge them by taking on their killers, Hyperius and Tovarus. As you make your way through the campaign, you will find the deceased bodies of fallen Spartans and gain their equipment. One of us takes the robots down and the other continues to spam him with baby makers. □♂️Īll in all, not too hard of a fight, usually takes me about 2 minutes a pop this way.In Halo Infinite, humanity has been all but wiped out around Zeta Halo, with Master Chief and a couple of friends being the only remaining hope for preventing the Banished from activating the ring and wiping out the rest of humanity. Basically, we both run in at the beginning and spam him with corrosive baby makers, we do this as fast as possible before his robots have spawned, and when they do spawn we spread out. Also a corrosive Norfleet would work instead of a Topneaa, but i don't have one. I generally start gunzerking pretty late to maximize the time i'm shooting Hyperius, but you could gunzerk from the start.Īlso a rough rider might work better for inconcievable chains, but i like having at least some shield capacity when running around + you can regen rockets with the badaboom. You just need to be moving around constantly and be prepared to heal with harold/grog swap. Repear the process once the bots give Hyperius the shield back. Then just switch to Harold and shoot Hyperius in the head. ![]() Drunk effect from the Grog works wonderfully on the Topneaa ![]() Then i throw a few singularities to group his minions up and when they are i unload a Topneaa clip into them, start gunzerking, which reloads it instantly and another clip should be enough to make them go into the repair mode and unshield Hyperius. Once he gets his shield he releases a nova, so i shoot one of his minions with the Harold and switch to grog quickly to heal up. I start the fight by emptying my Harold clip to down to the moneyshot, then unload on Hyperius, i can get two money shots in before he gets his shield and since he's stationary, you can hit the tiny crit spot. Skills are the two left trees until the capstones, leftover points in incite. Relic - explosive for extra dmg with Harold. Grenade - Longbow quasar/Longbow slag singularity - level doesn't matter, you want the shortest fuse possible. Slot 2 - Badaboom (l26 for rocket jumping)ĬOM - + 6 Money shot Monk (Chaotic good? idk)
